“I have owned an apartment in the Strand Bowl development in Dublin 3 since 2008 and RF Property Management took over management of the development from start-2012. Since that time, we have noticed a huge increase in the level of professionalism in how the development is being managed.
 
They have systematically worked through a series of issues relating to the building and have ensured that we are fully compliant with the MUD Act and other relevant legislation. In 2014, we had complex issues in relation to planning matters and they were able to provide expert input when required.
 
As a voluntary director, I find that RFPM provides excellent support to me and to the other directors as regards our role in the owners’ management company. As somebody who works in finance myself, I would also commend their tight cost management on site and the emphasis on building a Sinking Fund for the future. Overall, they have helped to make Strand Bowl a very pleasant place to live for all residents!
