“Below you will read what I said in 2012. Since then I have had no reason to change my opinion. In fact in my latest chairman’s report to my members I have said that RFPM have treated our development “as if it was their home”. The apartments sell very quickly at above market prices which is due to a number of factors but significantly the care and attention provided by RFPM.
We engaged the services of RF Property Management in 2007 with a very positive outcome. As Chairman of Trinity Apartments Management Company Ltd., not only did my job become much easier, it became a pleasure. The never-ending to-do list we had suffered with our previous two Managing Agents was replaced by a proactive attitude. The Property Manager remained constant which meant we didn’t have to ‘educate’ the representative every time but instead had continuity of management, which is essential. The market value of apartments has beaten the national trend and there is a queue of people wishing to rent.
The level of service has been hands-on and committed. No job is ever too big or too small. I confess to being very demanding of standards and on no occasion has RFPM fallen short of my standards. “
The service provided is beyond the individual managing the development. Behind this person is a back-up team that is knowledgeable, committed and most helpful. The Directors stay very close to what is going on and have a commitment to us which is far above industry standard. In addition, the financial information is presented very clearly, which is extremely useful.
I confess to sometimes being impatient but my heart rate has not risen above the norm since we started to work with RFPM. In fact, I am happy to remain on as Chair because it is such a pleasure to work with RF Property Management.”
