“RFPM has been the Managing Agent for the Charlotte Quay Dock complex since 2000. I have been an owner since 2004 and a Director of the Management Committee since 2009. As a resident and owner, it has been very important for me to live in a complex that is well managed, safe, well maintained and evolving.
 
I have found that RFPM are very responsive to all of these issues. The OMC Directors and RFPM have an excellent working relationship and achieve much together. The RFPM personnel are open and honest and try very hard to make sure that concerns and issues raised by Directors and residents in general are listened and responded to; and I congratulate them for that. I am very happy with the financial management. We have managed to keep service charges flat and build up a significant sinking fund.
 
They care about the welfare of residents and have a deep understanding of the structural and operational needs of this prestigious and high-profile complex. They also understand the need for updating the buildings, keeping rental income at a commercially good level and thinking of the needs of personal and trade visitors.
 
I cannot speak more highly of them. In an industry that is not well respected, and often derided, RFPM are different.”
