“Myself and my wife are retired and we bought an apartment in Wyckham Place when the development was built in 2008. It is very important to us that the development is safe, secure and well managed. We are extremely happy with the proactive way in which RFPM manages the development.
 
In relation to onsite issues, myself and the other owner-directors regularly e-mail RFPM in relation to relatively small onsite matters. The RFPM property manager for Wyckham Place deals with these issues promptly and brings in any expertise required.
 
On safety and security, we have received very good help in relation to the installation of extra locks and a full CCTV upgrade. While Wyckham Place is generally a very safe place to live, this further secured the bicycle storage areas, the car park and the apartments. We also had some low-level anti-social behaviour involving children from outside the development and RFPM helped to deal with this matter, including through excellent co-operation with the local Gardai.
 
In relation to our own apartment, we find RFPM to be extremely helpful in relation to issues that we have raised with them.
 
As such, I would have no hesitation in recommending RFPM to manage any apartment development.”
