Refurbishment of Corn Exchange, Burgh Quay, Dublin 2

Corn Exchange is a residential development of 70 apartments fronting onto the Liffey and backing onto Poolbeg Street. RFPM worked with the OMC directors and a leading interior design company to upgrade the internal common areas. This project brought out original features of this historic building. The work has helped to increase rental levels and property values in the development as well as creating an elegant living environment for residents.
