Refurbishment of Common Areas, Trinity Plaza, Dublin 2

Trinity Plaza contains just under 60 apartments and is located next to the Irish Times offices on Tara Street. To take advantage of this excellent location, the owner-directors significantly upgraded all interiors in recent years. This involved painting all common areas, replacing carpets and installing new furnishings and pictures throughout. A unique art piece (mural) was commissioned for the entrance area. RFPM was involved in all aspects of the work, which received very positive reactions from property owners. We routinely work with interior designers on such projects, where OMC budgets permit.
